Here's our firstborn Vicky:

And here she is frolicking in the pond with baby brother Victor close behind (that's a reflection of the fence in the water):
And of course, our first warm-blooded addition Harvey:

Vicky, who was once shy and would scuttle away as soon as we came near, now actually climbs out of the pond to greet us when we approach - undoubtedly seeking food, but I like to think she just likes us. Harvey, who doesn't like water and has never cared much what's going on in the pond, is most disturbed by Vicky's occasional appearance on land in his domain. He is constantly on turtle watch when he's in the yard and unfortunately has made a couple of lunges at her. She's pretty spry though and plops right back in the water unscathed thanks to her shell.
Lots of people have asked how Harvey has adjusted to the baby's arrival. Fortunately he has shown no aggression whatsoever, and most of the time just seems ambivalent about the new little human in the house. Occasionally he will approach slowly and sniff Reid's toes, once even giving them a little lick, and then walk off. He does seem a little mopey at times, but we try to make sure he still gets lots of attention and affection.
Looking forward to Reid getting bigger so the two can play together (i.e. wear each other out)!
